A valid passport is required to enter the Republic of Korea. Depending on your nationality, a Korean visa may also be required. For precise details, the Secretariat of ICIMC2026 recommends contacting the respective Embassy in your country to inquire about the requisite documentation for visa issuance. It is strongly advised to initiate the visa application process at least one month prior to your departure to the Republic of Korea, as the processing time may vary.
Citizens of countries or regions that have signed a visa waiver agreement with Korea may enter without a visa for a duration of 30 or 90 days. For additional information regarding visa issuance, kindly refer to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
Participants requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend ICIMC2026 should contact the Secretariat no later than July 31, 2026. This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of ICIMC2026 Organizing Committee to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
